Shurat Ha Din has sent a caution letter to many prominent US Universities regarding harassment against Jewish and Israeli students on campus, a university’s responsibility to prevent a hostile climate, the fact that harassment against Jewish and Israeli students is covered by US anti-discrimination law, and university responsibility to make sure that student funding is not used by student groups to commit illegal actions, such as fund-raising for organizations related to Hamas, the flotillas, or summer trips to Israel in order to break Israeli law (or similar activities in any other nation).
