Condi Rice arrived in Israel Sunday to berate Israel about its new housing projects in Jerusalem and try to force it to abandon the plans.

After Israel said it had taken down ten checkpoints, the Palestinian Authority said they had not been taken down, and Rice immediately berated Israel and told the government to do more, faster. Israel should release most of the 10,000 Palestinian prisoners held by them as part of a plan. I say most because the worst ones, I.e. those with “blood on their hands”, must be kept to make a point, namely, that murderers must be held accountable.
