A Pennsylvania District court judge has denied a DNC motion of dismissal and ordered Barack Obama to give proof of citizenship.

So the Obama candidacy must be judged on its own merits, and it can be reckoned as the sharpest break yet with the national consensus over American foreign policy after World War II.
