And Yet in Gaza…

While the reports come in that Hamas is taking control of all aspects of life in Gaza, pushing out the competition, it appears that Fatah’s Al Aqsa Brigades don’t have a problem as they study terrorism and murder in Gaza. And why not? It agrees perfectly with Hamas, and recent history has shown that the various “brigades” are pretty much interchangeable, as are the weapons received by any group.

Apparently what we are seeing is a fight for profits and influence, with Hamas wanting to hold on to the lucrative tunnel and smuggling business and not wanting other groups to get in on stealing foreign aid, gas, power, etc.

When it comes to murdering Jews and seeking to destroy Israel, the two groups are in complete agreement and there is no problem.

And now Hamas has demanded that the Israeli government give them back another 1000 of their murderers, to kill many more Jews, for the sake of the one soldier. Fatah has the US, the EU and the UN behind it, so Israel always says yes. But the soldier will finally get results as well. It gets better and better for jihad!

Gaza Ma’an A class of fighters trained by the Al-Aqsa Brigades, Fatah’s armed military wing, graduated on Sunday in the northern Gaza Strip.

The group stated during the graduation ceremony, that they intend to continue armed resistance against the Israeli occupation.

The fighters are part of the Brigades controlled by Fatah, the party which also controls the caretaker government in the West Bank. Palestinian Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas is also a member of the party.

Abbas is currently taking part in talks with Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert on details of a possible peace agreement before the end of Olmert’s term in mid-September.

The general commander of the Al-Aqsa Brigades and leaders of the Consultation Council (senior leadership of the party who discuss Fatah policy) attended the graduation along with members of other Palestinian factions.

Trainees practiced military shows and skills such as storming buildings and kidnapping soldiers, and demonstrated the launch of rocket-propelled grenades for the ceremony audience.

Al-Aqsa Brigades asserted that the graduation of a class of fighters sends a clear message to Israel that resistance is still a valid choice for freeing Palestinian lands and the Al-Aqsa mosque.
