US District Court judge Barclay Surrick has found in favor of the lawsuit filed by Philip Berg, and against the motion of dismissal filed by the DNC, and has ordered which claims Barack Obama Barack Obama give a full certified copy of his birth certificate, certificate of citizenship and oath of allegiance to the court for examination. Berg, a lawyer and Democrat, filed a lawsuit claiming damages against Barack Obama and the DNC because Barack Obama is likely not a natural born citizen, and likely not even a legal resident of the US. The suit demands that Obama produce certified proof of his citizenship. The DNC filed a last minute motion for dismissal.

The obvious question is, why should Obama or the DNC object to this? If Obama were a legal citizen, the proof should have been produced early on, before the primaries, when the question first arose. Perhaps the law should be amended that all candidates for president should be required to produce certified proof that they are natural born US citizens at the time they become candidates for office. The same should apply for lower offices, that candidates should be required to produce certified proof of citizenship.
The fact that Obama and the DNC refuse to produce solid documentation is more than suspicious. The only logical reason to refuse to produce this proof is that it doesn’t exist.
